A short page about the cookies on this site, what they do and how to switch them off.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. It lets the site remember something between one page and the next, such as the fact that you already dismissed a message.
What this site uses
This site uses essential cookies and nothing more. They keep pages loading, keep forms working and protect the site from abuse. Without them parts of the site would break, so there is no way to turn them off from here.
Embedded media
Some pages embed a YouTube video or a Spotify player. When you press play on one of these, YouTube or Spotify sets its own cookies in your browser under its own rules, not mine. I have no control over those cookies and no access to them.
If you do not want them, do not press play on the embedded players, or block third-party cookies in your browser.
Analytics
This site runs no analytics cookies today. If we add analytics we will update this page.
How to control cookies
Every browser lets you see the cookies a site has stored, delete them and block new ones. In Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge the controls sit under Settings, then Privacy. Search your browser help for cookies and you will find the exact steps for your version.
Blocking all cookies breaks parts of most websites, including this one, so a better option is to block third-party cookies and leave the rest alone.
