Terms & Conditions
Last updated 30 September 2026
These terms explain the basic rules for using this site, sending an enquiry, and working with me or my team. Different projects need different commercial terms, so a quote, proposal, booking confirmation, rate card, release, or signed agreement may add to or replace parts of this page. If a written agreement for a service conflicts with these terms, the written agreement controls.
Who these terms cover
I am Adam Metwally. This site covers Healthy, Wealthy & Wise, Metwally Media, Metwally Podcast Studio, Metwally Music, and Metwally Investments.
The quote, proposal, or booking confirmation for a project may identify a specific trading name or contracting entity. That named party is the supplier for that service. References to “I”, “me”, or “my team” on this page include that supplier and the people engaged to deliver the work.
By using this site, submitting a form, or confirming a service, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity.
Using this site
You may use this site for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not interfere with its security, misuse a form, impersonate another person, copy material in a way that infringes someone else's rights, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on the site.
Search engines and ordinary accessibility tools may index or read public pages. No other automated use gives you ownership of, or a licence to republish, the site's content.
Information on the site
I try to keep the site accurate, but availability, prices, dates, credits, audience figures, links, and service details can change. Information on a page is general until it is confirmed in writing for a specific project or booking.
Nothing on this site guarantees that a date is available, an enquiry will be accepted, or a particular commercial result will be achieved.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting a form is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking or investment commitment. A service is confirmed only when I accept it in writing and any required agreement, deposit, or advance payment has been completed.
You are responsible for giving accurate contact, project, event, and billing information. If the scope, date, venue, timing, guest count, format, or technical requirements change, I may need to revise the quote or delivery date.
Quotes, scope, and changes
A quote or proposal will describe the work, deliverables, timing, fees, and any included revisions or usage rights. Anything outside that scope may require a separate quote.
If you request a change after work has started, I will explain any effect on cost or timing before proceeding where reasonably possible. Silence or delay in giving feedback does not automatically extend a deadline that depends on your approval.
Fees, deposits, and expenses
Fees, deposits, payment dates, taxes, travel, equipment hire, third-party costs, and payment method will be stated in the relevant quote or agreement. Unless that document says otherwise, you are responsible for approved costs I incur specifically for your project.
I may pause work, withhold delivery, or release a date if an agreed payment is overdue. Ownership or usage rights in final work do not transfer until the amounts due for that work have been paid.
Cancellations and rescheduling
The cancellation and rescheduling rules in the relevant booking confirmation or service agreement apply. They may differ between a content project, DJ booking, studio session, sponsorship, and other work.
If no separate rule was provided, contact me as soon as possible. Work already completed and non-refundable costs already committed remain payable. I will make a reasonable effort to move a booking or reduce avoidable costs, but I cannot guarantee that a new date, crew, venue, or supplier will be available.
Your responsibilities
You must provide the information, access, approvals, and materials needed to deliver the work. You are responsible for checking names, claims, prices, links, legal disclosures, and other factual details before approving content.
You must have permission to use every logo, image, recording, script, product claim, track, location, or other material you give me. You are also responsible for any venue rules, permits, releases, licences, or safety requirements allocated to you in the project agreement.
Metwally Media
Scope and delivery
Metwally Media projects may include strategy, ideation, scripting, filming, editing, uploading, paid or organic creative, and iteration. The exact mix, number of deliverables, review process, turnaround, platforms, and team are set in the proposal or statement of work.
Drafts are for review. You must check them before publication and send consolidated feedback through the agreed review channel. Extra versions, reshoots, additional revisions, changed briefs, or delayed approvals may affect cost and timing.
Results and platforms
I will deliver the agreed work with reasonable care, but I do not guarantee views, followers, leads, sales, advertising revenue, platform approval, or any other performance result. Algorithms, media costs, audience response, account health, offer quality, sales follow-up, and platform rules sit partly or entirely outside my control.
Case-study results describe a particular project and are not a promise that another client will achieve the same result.
Client accounts and claims
If my team works inside your advertising, social, or publishing accounts, you remain the account owner and should keep appropriate administrator access and backups. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of claims about your product or service, including any substantiation required for advertising.
Metwally Music
Booking the set
A DJ booking is confirmed only when the date, venue, set time, fee, travel, technical requirements, and any deposit are agreed in writing. Overtime, additional equipment, travel changes, accommodation, or schedule changes may carry an extra fee if they fall outside the confirmation.
You can send a playlist, artists, eras, energy, and anything you want left out. I will use that direction to prepare, then make live decisions based on the room. Unless the booking agreement says otherwise, a request list guides the set but does not create a fixed running order.
Venue and equipment
The organiser or venue must provide safe access, suitable power, weather protection where needed, and any sound or DJ equipment allocated to them in the booking confirmation. I own speakers and DJ equipment that may be hired for an additional fee. If the event needs a larger system, I can connect you with preferred suppliers, but their services and terms are separate unless my quote expressly includes them.
The organiser is responsible for venue permissions, music licences, noise restrictions, security, and guest safety unless the written agreement says otherwise.
Metwally Podcast Studio
Confirming a session
A studio enquiry does not hold a date. The session is confirmed when the studio accepts the booking in writing and the required deposit is paid. The confirmed booking sets the room, duration, crew, equipment, add-ons, arrival time, and delivery method.
Time used for access, setup, recording, resets, overtime, and pack-down is handled as stated in the booking confirmation. A session that starts late because the client, guest, or client-supplied equipment is not ready may still need to finish at the confirmed time.
The room and recording conditions
The venue has moderate sound dampening and is suitable for spoken-word recording, but it is not a fully isolated music studio. There may be some noise from staff or other activity around the building. My team will do its best to minimise and mitigate that noise, but cannot promise complete silence.
You must tell the studio in advance about unusual equipment, set builds, large groups, accessibility needs, hazardous materials, or anything that may affect the room. You are responsible for damage caused by you, your guests, or equipment you bring, beyond ordinary wear and tear.
Files and delivery
The booking confirmation will state what is recorded and how files are delivered. If you collect files on your own drive, you are responsible for bringing a compatible drive with enough free space and checking the transfer before leaving where practical. Cloud file delivery can be added at the rate shown in the current rate card or quote.
You are responsible for downloading and backing up delivered files. The studio may keep temporary working copies, but long-term storage is not included unless it is agreed in writing. No recording system is completely risk-free, so the studio does not guarantee that every file can be recovered after equipment, media, power, or third-party failures outside reasonable control.
Healthy, Wealthy & Wise
Guests and submissions
Sending a guest pitch, topic, product, or story does not guarantee a response, interview, mention, or publication. I retain editorial control over whether an episode is recorded, edited, titled, distributed, delayed, or not published.
Guests will be asked to agree to the relevant recording and release terms before or around filming. Those terms cover the recording, editing, promotion, distribution, clips, name, image, voice, and biographical information for that appearance.
Podcast episodes, transcripts, summaries, and resources are for general education and entertainment. They are not medical, mental-health, financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. A guest's views are their own, and an appearance does not mean I endorse every view, product, or claim discussed. Verify important information with a qualified professional before acting on it.
Sponsors, partners, and affiliate links
Sponsorships, paid integrations, contra arrangements, and brand partnerships require a separate written agreement covering deliverables, approvals, claims, timing, fees, and disclosure. I will identify paid or affiliate relationships where required.
Some episode pages may contain affiliate links. If you buy through one, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The seller, not me, is responsible for the product, fulfilment, returns, and its own terms unless I expressly say otherwise.
Metwally Investments
The investment content on this site is general information about my interests and selected private positions. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and it is not an offer, solicitation, recommendation, or commitment to invest.
Any investment decision requires independent due diligence and professional advice suited to the person making it. Past activity, portfolio examples, and comments about a market or founder do not promise future performance.
Sending a deck or enquiry does not create a confidential, advisory, fiduciary, or investor relationship. Do not send trade secrets or information you are not authorised to share. I may already know, review, or invest in businesses with similar ideas, and I have no obligation to review, reply to, or invest in a submission.
Intellectual property
The site design, writing, graphics, photographs, video, audio, and other material on this site belong to me or are used with permission. Third-party names, portraits, music, embeds, trademarks, and platform marks remain the property of their respective owners. You may link to public pages and share short extracts with clear credit. You may not reproduce, sell, alter, scrape, or republish substantial parts without permission.
For paid services, you keep ownership of material you owned before the project. Ownership and usage rights for strategy, scripts, recordings, edits, source files, project files, and final deliverables are set in the relevant written agreement. Raw footage, editable files, unused concepts, and working files are not included unless the agreement says they are.
I will only use client or guest material in a portfolio, case study, or promotion where the agreement, consent, or public nature of the material allows it.
Third-party services and links
This site links to and may embed services such as YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, Apple Podcasts, Instagram, and other platforms. Those services control their players, accounts, cookies, availability, and terms. I am not responsible for a third-party site, product, outage, or change simply because it is linked or embedded here.
External links are provided for context or convenience. Check the seller's or platform's terms before paying, registering, or sharing information.
Privacy, cookies, and email
The Privacy Policy explains what information the site collects and how it is used. The Cookie Policy explains the site's cookies and third-party media embeds.
If you join a mailing list, I may send relevant marketing from businesses within the Metwally Group portfolio as described in the Privacy Policy. Every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe. Service and booking emails may still be sent where they are needed to complete a transaction or respond to an enquiry.
Delays outside reasonable control
Neither side is responsible for delay or failure caused by events it could not reasonably control, including serious illness, venue closure, unsafe conditions, travel disruption, power or internet failure, equipment failure despite reasonable preparation, government action, industrial action, or a third-party platform outage.
The affected party should tell the other as soon as reasonably possible. Both sides will try to reschedule, change the delivery plan, or reduce avoidable loss. Any non-refundable third-party costs remain subject to the relevant service agreement.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Paid services are governed by the relevant written agreement, including any valid limitation of liability in that agreement. To the extent the law allows, I am not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate or unauthorised material you supplied, changes made by others after delivery, or third-party platforms and suppliers outside my reasonable control.
Ending a service
Either side may end a service as allowed by its written agreement. I may pause or end work if payment is overdue, required information is not supplied, the work becomes unsafe or unlawful, or the other party commits a serious breach and does not fix it after reasonable notice.
Ending a service does not remove payment obligations, confidentiality duties, licences, or other provisions intended to continue after the project ends.
Disputes and governing terms
If there is a problem, contact me first so we can try to resolve it directly. The contracting entity, governing law, courts, and any formal dispute process for paid work will be stated in the relevant written service agreement. Where no service agreement applies, the rights and obligations of each party are determined by applicable law.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms when the site, services, or law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply from publication and do not rewrite a signed agreement that is already in place.
