ABOUT THE EPISODE
Is going viral still about good content, or is it a numbers game now? I sat down with comedian and voiceover creator Blake Webber, the internet's favourite narrator with over 2.6 million followers, and his answer is blunt: TikTok turned social media into a slot machine.

Blake explains why he says TikTok pushes one in every 40 videos to go viral to keep you hooked, his rules for the perfect voiceover, how a fake-confident vape god parody built his real confidence, the stand-up bit that died at a comedy competition, and the three and a half hours in makeup behind each Alien Bro shoot.

We also get into why LA influencer parties feel dystopian to him, why he uses AI video tools instead of learning After Effects, whether you could escape society on a commune, and why he wishes he had never started as the vape guy.
